Brazil’s presidential decree formally promulgates the Mercosur-Singapore trade agreement. The Ministry of Development, Industry and Trade (MDIC) has published implementation manuals on the Siscomex portal covering rules of origin and tariff reduction schedules. The agreement is now entering operational implementation.
