Thailand Deputy PM leads delegation to Washington, pushes for Thailand-US Reciprocal Trade Agreement (ART)

Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and Commerce Minister Supajee Suthumpun met with senior US officials including White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and Deputy USTR Rick Switzer on July 15-16 in Washington D.C. The primary purpose was to advance negotiations on the Thailand-US Agreement on Reciprocal Trade (ART). Thailand emphasized its role as a reliable partner and expressed commitment to concluding the agreement.
