The US and Mexico resolved a USMCA Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) labor case at Amphenol Optimize México in Nogales, Sonora, a manufacturer of automotive and aerospace connectors. The RRM is a USMCA enforcement tool addressing workers’ rights to free association and collective bargaining. Specific remediation commitments were agreed upon between the two governments.
