Perth USAsia Centre this week released a new analysis arguing that Europe is rapidly deepening its strategic, economic, and security engagement in the Indo-Pacific despite its geographic distance from the region.

The analysis states that for Australia, Europe’s Indo-Pacific pivot and the EU-Australia free trade deal present expanded opportunities with trusted partners, with particular relevance for Western Australia.
