2026 Update of the EU Control List of Dual-Use Items

On 14 September 2026, the European Commission adopted a Delegated Regulation updating the EU dual-use export control list in Annex I of Regulation (EU) 2021/821. This update revises the items subject to export controls under EU dual-use rules.
